When I first got the bike at the end of last summer, the choke on the handlebars worked okay, though a bit stubborn to pull out. About the 3rd time I used it, the connection at the carbs broke and the cable pulled through. No big deal, there is a lever on the carbs that works fine. As I went through the bike over the winter, I changed out all the cables, to include the choke cable. I'm embarrassed to admit that now I can't figure out where to attached it to the rail. On the old cable, the ferule broke off. I know that it should be obvious, but I cannot find a logical place now to attach the new cable/ferule and tighten it down.
Would anyone have a pic on how this attaches to guide me, or can you point me to a place to look. I assume that it is somewhere between the #1 and #2 carbs, or #2 and #3, but I can't ken it. I didn't see this question asked anywhere else in the search I did, so this feels like a real dumb question. It isn't critical that I hook it up, the manual lever still works fine. Feels like since I bought the cable, I need to have it operational.
Thanks.
