    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Took it down.. I decided i am gonna throw the 29s in the trash and rebuilt stock 26s will be put back on along with the stock airbox, filter, and stock exhaust. I am gonna scrap the 29s and the black yoshi crap that on it now. Screw them 29s.
 
The way it is now is how i got it from the previous owner. At least i know about the 26s and i got all the stock stuff to get it back to original. Just thought i would try this set up the way he had it but I am not very impressed with any of it.
 
I dont know if I'd trash em, lol.
Put em on ebay and use the funds to do other stuff. Like buy stock airbox parts(which sounds easier than said)
It's said they're worth e little bit of coin, for some reason.

Chuck, those carbs are worth $600. Don't give them away. I'll help you sell them if you want. PM me if you want to discuss.
 
Them stock boxes aint all they're dressed up to be. One or the other, F ck with jetting or f ck the the box. But either way though, once ya got it, ya got it.
I'd recommend buy all new rubbers(intake and box), while you're there.
 
ED..they are good clean running carbs..I just cant get them set up on this bike..they just gotta go.. far as i am concerned they are boat anchors to me.
 
Put some more aggressive cam and a big bore kit in your bike and they'd prolly be perfect.
Dude, dont trash em. Like Ed said, they're worth a little bit of money.

Send them to me, I'll go through them and when they're done you can sell them along with that exhaust.

I talked to Chuck this evening. He's just a 'little' bit frustrated with those 29's at the moment.

I will see..right now i am just frustrated and i need to excuse myself from this whole issue for a while..I am sure you all can understand.
