    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hi guys, I can't thank you enough for the help you've already provided for this.

I just got another email from Brian. He has a request for a few more measurements if you could help us out. Here is the message from Brian:

For the Fuel Tank, I am looking for the following information;

* See attached pics, I am looking for a dimension (in mm) from the bottom edge of the tank, to the bottom edge of the white stripe, measured along the surface, at both front and back of the tank.
* Also a measurement for the starting edge of the SUZUKI along the surface as shown in the pic.
* Is it possible to get a higher res picture of the tank SUZUKI? I am also looking for a dimension of the thickness (in mm) if possible to the nearest .25mm for each of the black and white borders.

For the fender, I am looking for the following information;

* Dimensions as shown in the Picture115. I know this isn't the correct model, but am looking for the dimensions to the bottom of the white stripe, and the dimension in between the black stripes on your version.

He's also looking for a high quality picture or scan of the side cover writing. I guess he doesn't have any fonts that are close to it, so he has to draw it all himself.

Anybody with a GS1000S can help out

Anybody with a GS1000S can help out

Brian is still looking for a good quality digital pic, or preferably a scan of the "GS1000S" on the side cover and the "SUZUKI" on the tank. This will work for ANY 1000S. Blue, Red, Aussie version, everywhere else version, doesn't matter. Open to anyone. Just needs to be the biggest resolution possible. PM me for the email address to send to.

The overall length to the nearest 1/4mm would also be a great help for him to scale it.

Thanks for all your help guys!

Oh, still need the measurements for the fender up there ^^^ too.

Ok, everything for the decals is done except for the front fender. Brian is just looking for the width between the stripes, and the distance from the bottom edge. Can be any version of the S, not just the red/white one.
