I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

A new Segway is something like $10,000 so if this one's in good shape that's not a bad deal. The only problem with Segways is that there isn't exactly a huge demand for them. They don't get you anywhere much faster than walking and you can't use them in crowded areas. Their core market is pretty much rich kids and Google employees.
......and rent-a-cops at the mall.

We've rented them at the lakefront in Milwaukee - supposed to be some kind of alternative to walking the paths around and thru Veterans Park. Actually quite tiresome because you're just standing all the time. At the end of an hour, my back was hurting more than if I'd been walking.

I've always been a fan of custom jobs but I wouldn't pay $3500 for this one

You'll have to click on the link for pics. I've always loved riding a well done bobber or chopper but this one could have used a few more trips back to the ascetics drawing board.

$3500 for this?

Even if he left off one of the zeros in the price, I would have a hard time justifying spending $350 on that. :-\\\

I don't see any brakes at all on the front, and can not see any activation mechanism for a rear brake.

Interesting can on the exhaust, though. If wonder if it is actually a muffler or just a hollowed-out boom can?

He's got a cable running to the brake lever on the handle bars....but it looks like his throttle gets streeetched when he makes turns

For 3500 I would at least expect a high quality paint job and a rear brake.
I wonder how that exhaust sounds though.

Who cares what roaders are, that Kawasaki comes with new ones. I've tried pricing roaders and I imagine they're quite costly as I haven't been able to find them anywhere. This alone makes the bike worth every penny he is asking.

1974 cb360t - $5500 (northside indy)

1974 cb360t $5500 firm. Everything is new and improved or rebuilt. Like all new brakes, lines, hoses, gaskets, lights, forks, shocks, chain, seat, mikuni carbs, dyna coils, etc. and painted in all shades of black. Bike runs and feels great. Could use some fine tuning on carbs but other than that the bike is perfect. Txt 765-2five6-07fivefive anytime.

HEY - for the same bargain price of only $5500, you can have THIS well-maintained gem! It's the rare GS850GE with the equally rare Sebring fairings and luggage

http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/mcy/3672197287.html

That one is really sad. :(

Especially if you consider that I paid less than 10% of that for my '80 850G.

Yeah, spent a few bucks more to turn it into a pseudo-GK, but still have less than $1000 into it. :D

Oh, there was a GS850GE. That would have been the '84 model, but was not available in the USA. :p

Needs nothing how bout a decent looking rear fender to start with. Its not the worst looking bobber but when will people learn that a set of struts and a chopped up rear fender do not make a bike a comfortable or good looking bobber. One more question why would anyone bob a shaft drive anyway they just dont look right.

I am pretty sure that the compiled list was taken from another source and not written by the poster.

Its a nice looking bike at least but he is a titsack for using such an atrocious method of trolling for hits.

Now this is TALENT. Not like just anybody could do this....

1972 Yamaha XS 650

-14,xxx miles
-Bike was stripped down and everything painted
-Cool beat up vintage tank
-Custom seat pan (seat actually being made now and will be included)
-Low bars

The XS 650's are by far one of the most desirable Japanese bikes to build into bobbers or cafe racers or whatever in between. This is a great start to ride it how it is or change a few things and make it your own. Very cool original bike that has been put together right. The bike had been sitting a while. It runs but definitely needs some fine tuning. Clean title in hand. Shoot me a text or give me a call anytime. Priced to sell quick, needs to go.
