A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

1983 Honda Ascot VT500, 23047miles, custom painted (Honda stickers not reapplied). Last tune up June 2010 with no problems, new battery installed at that time as well. Needs some minor work and currently not rideable, but likely an easy fix (disconnected gas hose and loose clutch lever during move last year), could probably be fixed in my garage by a motorcycle repair knowledgable person otherwise would need to be towed. Great starter bike, must sell. $700 OBO. Thanks!

That'll ride !

We need more pics.

Headed to the Family Reunion this weekend and have been "commissioned" to "take a look" at a set of carbs from a 2002 Suzuki Marauder 800.

I've been told that betwen the two carbs...there are no less than seven cables!  :-s

I'll have pictures and report back.

Thread jack, over.

Honda, made some puuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrddddddddddyyyyy bikes, no doubt. :hand:

That's a shame he's selling it. I liked that bike. I wasn't sold on the hard tail at first either but I thought the stance and look of the bike was totally bad ass.

I just read the thread and wonder why he hasn't put any update's since early June. Odd that he's saleing (selling) it already after putting that much work into it.

Perhaps he actually tried to ride it?

Cowboy, got it right.

Another form over function build. I think it looks cool, probably not too much fun to ride though. I can't hate for that type of build, mine went that route, although I did keep the rear suspension. I love my kidneys :D

Bad to the bone Streetfighter!

Laundered lately?

Laundered lately?

I always get a kick out of people who stress the title's cleanliness.

Yamaha YZF 600R Great Starter Bike - $2600 (South Colorado Springs)

Date: 2011-07-09, 10:23AM MDT

I am selling a 2001 YZF600R that has been converted into a naked bike. Please email me interested. Asking $2600 OBO Thanks Greg

The Good: It has 14,800 miles with a CLEAN Colorado Title in my name. I just changed it today to make the sale go smoother. The front fender and complete tail were repainted by Bills Paint and body. It has a new battery, new tail lights, new clutch/brake lever, new street fighter headlight, a fender eliminator, tank pad, and a D&D exhaust. I also added bar end mirrors since these pictures were taken. The tires are also in great condition.

The Bad: It was dropped thus the reason the fairings were removed. I did replace 99% of the parts that were affected. I do have the gauge cluster but I was going to give the owner the option on how he/she would like to mount it.
