A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hey, Wait..

Hey, Wait..

The "cooling fans" are indeed a strange application, but did he really paint the fork tubes black? Now that's beyond strange.

Can that bike actually run so hot that external cooling units are necessary? +1 for Rat.

Brad bk

The middle fan is put on to blow air in the opposite direction...

This must be an incredible smart design, with 2 fans blowing and 1 sucking air, it will create a vortex of cooled air around the cilinders

I really wonder what the mindset is of the cretins that post ridiculous turds like this.

Sounds like it's time for a Letterman-like "Top Ten":

1. Must be one of those "childproof" kickstands.
2. It's a type of dyslexia. He's kicking it with his toe instead of his heel.
3. His mother always did that for him.
4. His previous bike had training wheels, no kickstand.

Is this guy totally inept?

Is this guy totally inept?

Fishfarm had the original, very funny idea. I'm just re-posting this to preserve the CL ad...

New paint, perfect condition except I just realized my kickstand won't go up for some reason. I know nothing about bikes or else i'm sure this would be a 5 minute fix. approx 20k miles.

Craigslist can be so frustrating. Today I posted a saltwater fish tank set up over $1000 worth of stuff. I'm done with it, want the space. I posted it for $100. I got an email for an offer of $20. I replyed: Thanks for the offer, but you can have it for free it's in the ally :) gave the address to the house next door, as I'm out in the back working on my Suzuki and get to watch them pull up, hahahah

hey, at least they didn't offer a trade for something COMPLETELY useless. I just listed a tv (originally $300) for BEST OFFER. I wanted $80, I got just that. But before I did, I was getting $15, $20, let-me-recycle-it-for-you offers.

To make things easier, I write "I do not respond to low-ball offers"

Good idea on the no low baller clause :) I had a freezer I posted for free. Stated big and heavy bring truck and help. I had a guy show up with a Toyota car and wanted me to help put it on his roof. Haha
