DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

That must be a closeout because it is usually much higher over $175 shipped. If doesnt work out I PM'ed u about mine.
Are dynojets 140 mains same as mikuni 140, I know for my kawi a 130dj jet is larger than kehin 130

I am running a Factory Pro kit. Factory Pro also recomends plugging 1 slide hole, Which I assume makes the slides rise quicker.? I was thinking of drilling the hole back out to see what happens.
My needles are currently all the way up ( rich ). i am probaly going to drop the needle 1 clip ( leaner ).
All my exhaust temps are within 20 degrees at idle with the middle cylinders a little warmer

Drill out slide plug you may develop a bog.Im thinking im going to plug both of mine.
For agressive street riding ill take the ZRX 1200 out of the stable:clap:Whoa nelly!

In the 140 range you subtract 10 to get the Mikuni jet size. So a 140 Mikuni would be about 150 Dynojet.

Why are you fitting an EZ head to an EFE bottom end?

Probably to get a Kat that looks like a Kat, it would have the "stronger" cases and if you breath on the ET head, you get EFE or better performance without looking like a hotted up Kat or a "sleeper" if you like... just as I am doing to mine.

Oh, and I just had my Kat on the dyno yesterday, the only mod I have done so far is my 36mm GSXR 750 carbies mated to the stock plenum and filter, it has gone from 91.5 hp and 67 ft/lb torque to 103.9 hp and 82 ft/lb torque.

As far as I can tell the author has an 1100 Aussie spec Kat

I have made some final (hopefully) adjustments on mine and just waiting for the time/weather to test them.

I have made some final (hopefully) adjustments on mine and just waiting for the time/weather to test them.

I'm waiting on some parts to refurb and reassemble mine (o-rings, jets. etc...)

How is the wear on your emulsion tubes; did you replace them?

Also did you inspect the slide guides for wear?

The refurb I'm working on should better maintain the needles and emulsion tubes by capturing the slides better and avoiding the wear from the ceramic slide.

Having trouble with my AMF...just got a new carb with dyno 1-3 jets and aftermarket pipes. Keep getting 1,3,4 plugs dark and 2 a lil yellow. Will going back to the orig jets fix this?
Thanks
