Site is vague. It shows 2 different front brake line kits for the 86 GS550ES. They rarely answer the phone or emails.

I bought some red brake lines with gold fittings. 3 weeks after paying Nothing. Called 5 times and left messages. Finally on the 6th time they answered. Told me parts were being shipped. UPS tracking number was electronic for 2 weeks before shipping.

Get parts and they are wrong. 2 hose set when I need 3 hose set..ok..my fault but the site doesnt differentiate between the 2 other then 1 digit on the part number. Hoses are red but fittings are not gold. Call and call, leave messages and call. Finally get through and guy tells me that "Oh you didnt get a email that we no longer offer gold fittings?" No..the only email I got was that I ordered parts and then the useless UPS tracking email. He tells me the correct ones I want are on back order and will ship in 2 weeks. Another useless UPS tracking email is sent. d

Since then they have not returned calls or anything.

I paid paypal...Im going to file a dispute.

Here is the latest update from kudagra...

So after trying weekly I finally got a hold of them. It had been so long that HEL doesnt even make the brake lines any more. I asked for a refund. I just got an email that said that the order was canceled. Now lets hope I actually get my money back.
