Hi Guys,
I was talking to a medic about the new kind of helmets that let the whole front flip up and he was a little wearing of them. Apparently they are very difficult to remove from a patient with one hand. First aid providers need to be able to hold your neck stable while removing the helmet and he said it is very difficult if at all possible for one person to do this. Does anybody else share this view point or have a rebuttal? I really like the idea of these helmets as long as they are as safe as a regular full face helmet. I have a heck of a time licking envelopes at the bank machine when I'm depositing my pay checks.
Thanks, Steve
