I use the 13 on my car. And a 12 mm is almost a 7/16". The plugs for my GS are 18mm. Within the last year, I have used every single size you listed, including 11mm, whether on my cars or my bikes, IDK.
The list can go on and on. I purchased a Racetronix fuel pump and wiring harness for my TransAm. The instructions told me to use metric sized wrenches for some bolts I needed to work on. Turns out they were SAE sizes. I told them and they disregarded me. But at least I knew and figured it out. It helps to have both metric and SAE sizes, and to have them organized correctly. (Hint, hint, Brian.)
My only point was to use the proper tool in the proper circumstance.
