I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.
Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Well, i will have to say i may stand corrected...i'll have to research myself, heresay will do that to you...but i did take this right off of Airtech's site
Please note these very important items!
Please note!!!! These gas tank are not recommended for street use, these are fiberglass gas tanks that will not dent!!!! It is possible that the gas tank will rupture and spill fuel possibly catching your motorcycle on fire if you happen to crash on the street. This lightweight racing gas tank is recommended for racing purposes only!!!!
and on the for legs, i didnt paint them, but i drew the rest of my idea from that, i like that contrast. Thanks for the compliment!
Here's some more pics..i painted the side covers yesterday and i'm not sure about the stripes. I didnt like them horizontal, and im not sure about them vertical, what do you guys think??

I also chopped down that rear chrome fender, and painted it black..thats probably going bye bye when my new shocks get here, as like i said its mounted at the bottom to the swing arm. I want a small fender back there, but im not sure how to go about it. I do like it tucked in and under so you cant really see it.

I also painted my headlight bucket. I was going to take the stripes up the bucket, as i thought that would be pretty sweet looking, but i couldnt get the damn tape to lay right around all the compound curves...maybe with some more practice...I have yet to figure out where im going to move the light switch, and the little starter togggle is useless as its currently kick only. (which is fine by me...at least that will hardly ever break..lol)

Was talking about getting one like the small round one you gots on yours. I have the giant rectangle gas cap. Its fugly and I hate it. And another note on ebay. Damn ebay there's so many things I want to buy and DO buy. They should just give me an ebay charge card \\/
I would like to be able to modify one of those " push button " types I've seen on choppers, where you push the center, and it opens.....I saw them once, but don't remember if it was in a mag or on t.v. that would be very sleek, and add a " cool " factor, I hate the one on my Intruder(makes the otherwise Harley clone look like what it is.....another rice-burner clone, and sticks up like a speed bump!), and the one on the GS, gotta take out the stupid key at the gas station to open it, then to put it back on!......maybe I could see this on a car/truck with a big gas tank.....but c'mon....how far is someone going to get on a few gallons of gas?? or is there that many motorcycle gas cap thieves out there?:-s
P.s. Iron.....I got one......it's called a PayPal card......might as well be a E-Bay charge card....I spend WAYYY too much time on there.......and here!!
I looked through the carb stickys and didnt really find one...anyone have a fuel screw base for a 77 750 with pods and a 4-1 on it?? Even better if its a VH 4-1?? At least she runs well enough to ride, but i gotta fix this or ill go nutso...
Well Steve and i adjusted the air screws so that they're all the same or very very close...shes just plain (it seems to me) getting too much fuel...like i said, i can smell it and its blowing white/grey fuel smoke out the tail on blipping. Idles a bit stumbly but MUCH better than it was before...and it seems to drown itself sometimes at stop lights (only happened once today while i was out, and i was already stopping anyway) My assumption is that if the air screws were that far out of wack, the fuel screws probably are too...just was looking for a baseline...what was the factory setting etc...what do youthink??
Yeah the needle adjustment is just moving it up or down, But..ive pulled them apart, since i didnt know what kind of jetting set up the PO had in it..come to find out it looks freakin stock...the needle is even in the third slot which i believe is stock...Ima clean the shiot out of them and then check her again...I also noticed my timing is off one degree on the 2/3 and 2 degrees on the 1/4 so that may make a difference, i dunno with points if theres a measure of relativity there, some grey area..but stock is 17 degrees. I got 18 on one and 15 on the other..
Whoa man that's some screwed up timing and ignition. Although one or two degrees of timing shouldn't make much of a difference I don't know if the points being off also contributes THAT much to the poor running state of the bike. Either way sounds like time for new points!
Naw...its time for Dyna...and smash the points with a hammer...hehehe
