I just installed my new stainless steel brake lines last night. The calipers and master cylinder are all rebuilt with OEM parts. The bleeding went well with a decent amount of lever height (although I do not remember where this bikes brake handle sat originally as I have not ridden it in ~10 years) . I pulled the handle in and taped it open over night just to be sure to get all the air out.
I noticed a drop or two of brake fluid weeping from a little hole/port underneath the master cylinder right next to the brake light switch mechanism. What is this hole/port for and is this normal?
Thanks,
Dave
