I hate brakes. Just want to get that out there.
I finally have full braking power thanks to bwringer's kindly intervention. However, I did discover a leak from the master cylinder after I got the bike home. Just a slow drip from under the master cylinder. Been there and done that, so I knew it was the front seal.
As I suspected the seal had collapsed into the cup beneath it. I have two new (well, since March new) piston and cup sets, so I figured I'd just pop one out and install the the other.
Four tries later and the front seal has collapsed on install each time. It looks like this
How do I put enough pressure on the metal washer to get the circlip installed without collapsing the front seal? Any tips?
