A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Man I gotta say I'm so over cafe's... maybe I've be on DTT too long?

Nicely executed and I do love the paint scheme, but it's just like every other one out there... and no way would I ride it with those tyres!

Ok, rant over

These "photo opp" bikes **** me off. All image. That chick probably has put 400 miles on that thing. She is "quite the cafe enthusiast"
....aka, she thinks they look cool and are soooo in right now. Image based bull****t.
I want to spit in her face, right after the guy who is pushing his lame bike. Its probably the guys girlfriend.

Glad he made all that extra power for her. Ooh, look at me, i shortened the exhaust, i am a cafe expert!
Gag.
Dont get me wrong, the bikes look cool, but the poser/image culture I despise.
Just like the new hot rod culture. Oh, i got some cherries tattoed on my neck, ohh, let me dress up like a pinup girl from the forties! I am so cool! Go slick your hair back Johnny, you are 24!.......

Yeah, i will shut up now.

Hahahahahahaahaha classic... I restrained myself from saying something like that :p

I guess sometimes we need to vent, lol.
From a psychological point of view I am just jealous and just want the bike and the hott chick. ha ha
I was just talking trash....I am no one special.
But you know what I am saying about that image crap:p

Well what can I say? Haha... if someone gave me the bike I'd swap the tyres for something usable and ride the hell out of it :D

I totally get it. DTT seems to be a factory that pumps out the same generic cafe on the same Honda base. I just thought it was cool to see a Suzuki GS featured, well done ones seem to be few and far between.

And I gotta say, I love my 450! While I wouldn't be opposed to getting a bigger displacement I don't think I'd ever get rid of the 450.

I'd hit it. The bike or the skinny chick.

Don't care much for the photographer.

Good example of how little work is needed to turn a GS into a cafe on the cheap.

I'd never voluntarily get rid of my 450 either... it's just way too much fun :D

Mind you I still want my Kat ;)

I like the 450's also. Small but stylish.
Whatever happened to that chick (I think it was) that had the story about getting the 450 from the neighbor. He was an old guy and had a bunch of bikes in the backyard and she described his house/kitchen as a mini machine shop. SHe got it for free if I recall.
It was a cool story but never saw any follow up from her?

oldschool- I would spit in her face AND SHE WOULD LIKE IT! ha ha

Pretty sure that was a guy actually... from memory he was here in Oz too but down south... no idea what happened though, didn't see to come back and post after the first lot...

Good example of how a decent bike can turn a very average girl into a "goodlooking one"
(she still is fairly rank in my books) - but god forbid the bike community to pass judgement on a girl if she rides..... because they are all stunning apparently.

Kind of like the "cheerleader affect", separate her from the bike and you wouldnt look twice.. together, they produce an optical illusion.
