I am collecting parts to do a conversion on my gs550 and just wondered how the 550 transmission etc is holding up on other peoples conversions done.
.I want to use the 550 cv carbs and jet to suit (any reccomendations) and if possible a gs550 air box keep things standard looking .
I am after more power throughout rather than all up top of rev range. it will be running a motad 4 into 1 from the 550.
I will take some pics as I start project over the winter.
