A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Ok I am a computer retard...who wants to take the email and download the pics and post them..PM me your email and I will forward it. It looks sweet!!!

Chuck

Isn't it time you switched to photobucket?

If he attached the pics (showing up in bar as .jpgs) just right click on the .jpgs and Save to your computer file in Pictures

If he inserted them (you can see the photos) right click on the photos and save them

Once saved, upload to hosting site

T...Did the links from his email work for you..can you see them? I just pasted from his email and hoped it worked???

Chuck, open the image on your computer, then from the task bar at top click FILE -> SAVE AS and give it a name and click SAVE

Or just RIGHT CLICK on the icon of the image in the email and select SAVE AS from the drop down menu, or just send it to stanschroeder@lantic.net and I will put them up for you.

Here you go Chuck, stunning job, that seat is better than amazing.
The attention to detail is supurb.

Heh, funny. I dont need a seat cover. Remember, my E has a C seat on it.;)
I dont like the E seat but I might get one since I have all the parts and sell it.
Cover looks great! Be sure and post a pic of the bike when ya get it installed.

Todd..Email him and tell him you want one but for the flat seat and that the flat version is correct for the 78 1000C. I did mention that fact to him some time ago but another reminder wont hurt.

Just an after thought...anyone know if the stepped one will just pull down and lay flat on the C models????

Dude, I dont need one. Got one! Had one for a long time.

Geez...I thought TC was a woman. Anyway, they do good work. They did a seat for my Wes Cooley and it came out awesome.

Wow Chuck, I remember PM'ing you early last summer or even late spring about considering Pit Replica to get your seat cover. Seems so long ago now. I guess patience and perseverance has finally paid off.
Congratulations!
Now, how long did it take me to get my seat cover from Pit Replica in Thailand, was it 3 or 4 weeks?

Tracking number says it was accepted and processed at the USPS center on Dec 5th. Sent registered mail. Should be seeing it in a week or so???
