Working on the guys KZ550 to replace the starter clutch and get it running. Got starter clutch swapped out and rebuilt the carbs. Also rebuilt the clutch dampner rubbers per a tutorial on KZ RIDER. So test ride everythings great except theres a buzzing coming from the clutch as i start to release the lever and it goes away when i pull in the clutch. It sounds a lot like the sound a whining speedometer can make.
So im thinking clutch hub bearing or new friction plates and steals, What say you guys?? Ed Ness??
EDIT.. I shoud add the buzzing noise continues throughout the gears but changes as lever is squeezed
