    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

    Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

    So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

He's primarily into Yamahas but a lot of the items will fit Zukes. His prices are great. For instance I bought a set of deep right angles snap ring pliers for $10.00 on his site. Elsewhere, I have seen them for $24.95. His shipping is reasonable and fasssst. I've received 2 different orders from him and both have made it to Texas from Florida in 2 days. My last order was for stainless braided brake hoses for the front. The 20 inch ones that he stocks are the right size and his price ($24.00) is the best that I've found. His copper crush washers are the best price that I can find too. No affiliation with him of course other than a satisfied customer, but he is terrific. :D You can find him at www.mikesxs.net

I bought some spokes from him that crossed over fine to my GS for $29. He has two 20" stainless lines which one did you get? Did they work on your GS1k. Dan

I don't think that it would make a difference but I bought the 29-6506. Installation was a snap. The barrel nut at the banjo fitting can be loosened and the line will rotate either way up to 1 full turn so that it will not bind. They fit my GS1K just like they were made for it.
