A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

Moto GP Racing at it's best

Moto2 was also excellent. How was Moto3? We won't get to see Moto3 here in the States until Wednesday.

I only seem to get time to watch MotoGP these days but yeah that was a top race!

I didn't think Marquez would be able to be there after warm up but I've very glad I was wrong.

The slo-mo close up coverage of the three leaders going around a corner mid-race with Marquez' elbo 2" off the track and his bike sliding sideways was just awesome. Some great talent this season.

Marquez has been penalized for not slowing down under yellow flags after Crutchlows accident.

Unbelievable .
Bestest GP I've seen for a good while .
Unbelievable skills . Sliders on the elbows is insane .
Dislocated collarbone and fighting hard with Lorenzo .
I think the young bloke has got it in his first year .

Cheers , Simon .

I heard the announcers talking about a dislocated collar bone, but I believe it was a dislocated shoulder for Marquez. They have collar bones on the brain as both Lorenzo and Pedrosa broke theirs.

Yeh , I thought that was a bit weird too .
I didn't think you could dislocate a collar bone .
I thought you broke the bl@@dy things .
Any way , done good , the young bloke .

But seriously , what sort of smart arse has sliders on his elbows ???????
Everyone in the next coupla years I 'spose .

Cheers , Simon .

most riders use them now, its not uncommon nowadays, some riders have shoulder sliders, titanium.

Put them all back on 500cc four cylinder two strokes without all the electronic gizmos and lets see who the REAL rider is!!!

Of the current crop of riders, my money would be on Valentino.

We don't need no stinkin' traction control.

Can only agree with that! Although going by comments from some of Stoner's managers I suspect he would be good on them too. Pity he's retired now...

As for the other ones, who knows?

agreed, the riders of today wouldn't know how to ride a full on, untamed Moto GP bike, they wouldnt last a race without crashing.......( sounds a bit like Crutchlow, hahaa)

That's just nuts .
I've been thinking of getting an arse slider .
Could really cut loose then .

Cheers , Simon .
