    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

    Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

    So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Just got a response from Robert at motorcyclecarbs.com after threatening to report him as a deadbeat for not replying to emails and sales inquiries. He had several reasons..He is in the process of moving his "warehouse" and he is in the middle of a bad divorce. He further claims that his soon to be ex has possession of his computer and all his files to get or make parts. He then went on to say that basically he is a "GARAGE BASED ENTERPRISE" and the best he could do was to check with a few of his CONTACTS to see IF he could find the fuel tee i so desperately need.
I was polite and said thanks for the response. I then did yet another search and found SIRIUS CONSOLIDATED INC.. Emailed them about a GS 750 fuel tee for a 78 750 E.. took three minutes and in my inbox was a reply stating he had ten available for $21.95 each.. checked out their site and they sell all kinds of kits and such....jsu wanted to bring this to everyones attention about motorcyclecarbs.com Merry Xmas.
 
That makes me feel GREAT in view of the fact i have been looking for a fuel tee for many many weeks now..Hopefully i will have one soon!!!
 
If they are still shipping from Toronto Canada, expect it to take a week to 10 days to get to you (typical cross-border issues) , maybe longer due to the holidays.

i never bought anything from them - i did think about buying a couple of times, and each time opted to buy elsewhere as i couldnt phone them and they didnt answer emails quickly. i never realized it was a one man company run out of the house that explains things. thats the problem with the internet, you never know much about each company. ive been to z1 enterprises several times, so i know they stock what they sell. some of these other companies like partnmore are anyones guess when they hid behind the internet
 
If you know how to get the admin to review the post maybe ..and just my opinion here.. they deserve a place in the deadbeats section.
 
I've used Sirius in the past and had great service, I just wish they we selling fuels 5 years ago when I had a major fight with my old ones.
