A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Well, wife and I are taking our annual ride together. For some reason she's not big on riding. Not in her blood. I don't ask her to join me, because if it is not fun for her, no use forcing the issue.

Last year on our annual ride, we got soaked by rain. Hillarious.

So this morning as we sat our back drinking coffee, she says "All right I ride with you today." Woo Hoo.

Hope you have a great ride!:-D Hope the weather is good too!
Not sure how long your rides are but I try to think of the passenger. It can be boring back there.
Stopping frequently at view points or whatever may help. I assume the seat is comfortable enough? A head set to allow easy conversation is what some like too. Just thoughts.

good luck my wife will not get on with me since the 70s and I had bigger b---s
than brains scrared her to much, now I am much calmer but she is not

My wife is taking the ERC (Experienced Rider Course) with me next weekend. She did not take the BRC, but she's been riding passenger for a few years now. I'm hoping she understands more of what goes on in my hands when riding.

Hope your ride went well Victor!

From Cincinnati, we rode SR 42 following the Ohio River into Louisville, we took our time, ride was +/- 4 hours. I would stop about every 1 1/2 to take in the scenic views and stretch our legs.
We spent the night at my cousin's house for the KY Derby.
We both had racoon eyes. Hee Hee...
Overall, my wife seem to enjoy the ride. We were safe and the weather was great.

Glad it was a nice trip!:) Wish I had been riding too.
I spent ALL weekend doing yard work. Well, between breaks here helping in the tech section.

I have the same problem. My wife would rather meet me somewhere than ride two up with me. As posted recently, she is the anti-lean as well when taking curves. Just as well. But I do enjoy the rare moments she does ride around town with me.
