A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Thinking of switching from the ES style bars to these to make the longer hauls more comfortable.
Just my luck the fiche on BikeBandit is completely illegible.

Thanks.

I have one with the E bars. They will slightly touch at full lock...but only slightly. Man its like night and day. I love the E bar on the ES. I have a set coming that I found used for my other ES. You need to find a used set...I checked with the local suzuki dealer and the price was terrible.I`m sure there will be some on ebay soon.

I got your mail...yeah thats kinda high but ya may have to pay it. Could take some time and look at ebay or check some bike graveyards first. I had to pay that but I didn`t really take the time to look around.

E bars on Es

E bars on Es

I have another set of E bars for 40.oo

There ya go....sure beats what the dealer wants and he has them.

hey chris......thanks for mentioning in your previous post that your ES had E bars on it. I never would have thought they would have fit. Since I had a pair for my E model I tried them and like it so much better. all thats left to do is find a cruise control like I used to have (cheap plastic one) and those long trips will be a piece of cake!

Skip they don`t look like they will but they do. It makes it a completely different bike. After this back gets better I`m going on a trip somewhere...think I`ll leave for 10 days or so. Have to admit though I`ll have to break out the BMW for that. Got kinda spoiled with the radio and stuff.....old and fat I guess
