    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

    Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

    So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I ordered it July 3,Friday night.
I realized I used the wrong shipping address, so I send an email.
I expect a reply Monday July 6, instead I get a reply July 4 saying-no problem, we'll make the changes. Ok cool, on a holiday I get a reply.
The jacket shipped July 6 and showed up today, July 8.

Once again newenough has gone above and beyond my expectations

Oh and the jacket, really, really nice and heavy leather.
the ghost flames look really cool, even at my age............
 
+1 I ordered a Scorpion x700 helmet on Sunday, had it at my PO Box on Thursday. Great service fast shipping, and the price could not be beat.

Ordered a pair of Cortech Accelerator 2 Gloves on Friday the 3rd, they were waiting for me when I got home from work on Monday the 6th.

Scorpion Blast better than Shoei RF-1000?

yup.

$250 difference in the price and the cheaper one doesn't whistle at 130 and doesn't get pushed around as much when I'm shoulder checking.
the cons:
not as much peripheral view and the face shield 'crack' is too big at its lowest notch, but venting is way better so it doesn't fog up even when fully closed.

Newenough had it where I wanted it fast, with tracking and cheap as borscht. Also, the motogp pants i bought a few years back are awesome and they were reasonably priced.

Its the first place I check when I need new gear.

Kieth i had considered buying one of these but their sizing chart made me question whether their 2X would fit. I am a 50inch chest, 40 waist, 18.5 neck...you say that it fit you well with your dimensions??
 
Very happy with my recently purchased Cortech Impluse II perforated leather jacket from NewEnough. Nice, cool ride in to work this morning. Hard to go wrong with perf leather (including liner) for $135 of course! It's not listed in the Closeouts any longer, but the direct link still works or you can search "impulse" on their site. Black has long been sold out, and blue is only available in large. Red and silver are available in several sizes still:
