I recently purchased a motion pro cam tool, because I lost mine, from oemcycle.com. The purchase didnt go smoothly, it was completely my fault. They confirmed my order, I'm guessing an auto reply. I respond asking them to confirm I only ordered one shortly after. Within 30 minutes I got a very polite response confirming I had only ordered one. At some point that morning I looked at my order and didnt see my bike listed in the fitment. I again inquired, they said they didnt believe it would fit my bike and put the order on hold so a wrong tool wouldnt be shipped out. I researched the right motion pro tool, gave oemcycle the part number in the next email. They responded with, "We have that tool, its a few dollars more but we will charge you the price for the previous tool, thank you for doing business with us."
Its a breath of fresh air to have customer experiences like this.
