    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

    Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

    So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Dave at www.davequinnmotorcycles.com seems like a stand up guy. Enjoyed talking to him, almost forgot I was ordering parts. Can't wait to get the new rear shocks, made to order, and put them on with the 1100e swingarm that's on the way.

Also,
Jim at www.paragonperformance.com was great to deal with and gave me a great deal on made to order SS brake lines with red coating. About a hundred bucks. Let him know your a member of GSR and you get the car/motorcycle club discount!!!!

Also ordered mini speedo and tach from www.dimecitycycles.com. They have tons of options in our ratios! 1:4 and 2240:60. Easy to deal with.

I'll post pics when I get everything.
 
3 excellent companies to deal with in my experience. Dimecity is like a candy store. Are you saying you got all three brake lines for $100?? nice price indeed.
 
Careful about ordering from Paragon internationaly.Ships those UPS,you know what that means:eek:
 
I got all 4 brake lines! And he took his time to make sure we had the banjo positions right because I put superbike bars on my L. The front master cylinder line went from 21 in. to 14 in. Since they pretty much make them to order it wasn't a big deal.

SV, he told me he'd rather send it to me USPS because they like them better than UPS. I know that don't help the great white north but it made me happy. Shipping was 7 dollars.
