I've been following a number of threads relating to carby issues. It's more or less for learning rather than a specific issue. It turns out, I've become confused the more I read. That's not difficult I suppose.
To the point for clarification regarding the "Pilot Air Screw".
Is the one located in the image here, the "Pilot Air Screw?

Is this one supposed to be adjustable or is it meant to be screwed in until it bottoms out?
