    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

The views expressed in this forum are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of "The GSResources" or the editors.

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

2 thumbs up for this guy! He's on GSR now and then, and he has a lot of stuff on eBay, but he's in Canada so shipping to USA is high. Super nice guy, showed me around, former 1150 dragger, doesn't race anymore but still builds bikes and owns a bunch. I live close enough to him so I went up this weekend to pick an upper fairing I won from eBay, and saw his vast of array of parts, neatly inventoried, and his prices are AWESOME. I also got some brackets that just aren't available anymore. Too low, actually. It sort of makes it look like he's trying to profit from shipping, but he's not. Before I bid I asked if local pickup was OK, because sellers trying to make $$ on shipping will start the bids or buy it now low, but not allow you to come get it, forcing the shipping charge. He was all for it because it saved ME the cost of shipping. CAN to USA shipping is costly--more from CAN to USA than USA to CAN for the same addresses! That's a shame because he gets beat up by folks who don't realize that, and there's nothing he can do about those costs. Even though the shipping fees are high, compare his prices to USA sellers, and decide for yourself where the ripoff really is. It's not Pousseux. The 5 hour round trip was well worth it.

+1
He sold me an 850 Airbox that was in great shape for a reasonable price and shipped it really quick.

I have an 1150 block from him in my closet that I got for $50. He's close by, so it was a quick and easy transaction.
