I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

I started the rebuild of my GSX750ES 1985 Carbs.
I plan to clean everything thoroughly using a dedicated carb spray and replace all seals/gaskets.
1. Is there a guide (preferably video) for doing that to the quadruple Mikuni 32 ?
2. There are carb rebuild kits on ebay for some carburetors but I wasn't able to find one for my bike.
Just ordering all the seals from the catalog can be very expensive I guess...

I want to purchase the following carb parts for GSX750ES/GS750ES 1983-1985 :
- 4 x Mikuni pilot jets
- 4 x Mikuni float seats
- 4 x Mikuni float needles

- 4 x Mikuni main Jet brass washers
- 4 x Mikuni pilot jet plugs
- 4 x Mikuni main jets

Genuine Suzuki parts are very expensive and Mikuni branded parts are somehow much cheaper. I don't want to buy these low quality Chinese kits so I'm looking for Mikunis if possible.
I think I was able to find the pilot jet
(Suzuki Carburetor drawing specifies .JET, PILOT (37.5) ) but not the other ones...

Any idea of genuine Mikuni kits for GSX750ES/GS750ES 1983-1985 carbs or references for the Mikuni part numbers ?

Just curious as to why you're wanting to buy all new jets? Are you rejetting for some reason or are you just wanting to replace them with new? You do know that the original jets that came in the carbs were as good as you can get. They just need to be cleaned along with the rest of the carbs.

Yes as said above the only thing you should need new is a Robert Barr o-ring set

Where I come from (Israel) a vintage motorcycle will usually have more than a 100,000 kilometers on it (mine has 129,000km) and usually has a history of very poor maintenance.
I spent close to 10K$ on restoring my GSX750ES and it is actually better than new now. Just to give you a feeling of how neglected and badly maintained the bike was here is a picture of the jets as I removed them. This is how I found them. No damage from my side...

Um??? You mean that pilot jet came with a screw extractor inside?;) Seriously, it does look like you will need new jets. At least new pilot jets. What do the pilot air and needle jets look like? One of the main jets looks like it left some threads in the carb body.

I swear the pilot jet came with a screw extractor inside. That explains the knocks in high RPM ... ;) Seriously ,everything looks like ****.
Here's something that I doubt if anyone had the chance to see in the US : A completely blocked exhaust valve passage. It was blocked not by carbon but by something the resembles china and is just as hard as china. Probably the product of bad fuel. I had to gently break it with a hammer and screwdriver. Note the healthy passage next to it for comparison
