Hello there all. I just recently got a Gs650e. I had some starting problems and at one point attempted a starter solenoid bypass but accidentally burnet the right black with white stripe wire that’s not attached to the battery. I assume it is a grounding wire that I can connect to somewhere else on the frame but wanted to confirm if anyone knows before I begin myself on a rabbit hole of pain and rewiring.
It goes into the spoil of wires but I see a similar wire connected to the frame next to it that also goes into the spool. I don’t know if they used the same wire color for two different ground or if it is the same grounding wire that for whatever reason goes into the spoil then immediately leaves.
