Yes, out is richer.
Sorry for the problem. A lean condition will cause the problem as noted so I don't know what to suggest now other than checking carb sync as detailed before and maybe check to see if your ignition advance turns freely and isn't sticking - grab the rotor and give is a slight twist, it should move about 10 degrees or so and then snap back once you release it.
