A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Tonight the old Gal went 6.92 at 101.90

Lecroy,
I got away with a plastic oil bottle for a while. Just thought it was ugly. I've only ever raced my local tracks. Thompson, 42, Quaker, and Norwalk. In the three years I've been doing it I've never gone any further.

Yea, the pop bottles don't look very nice but they are lite and cheap.
I have never been over that way for racing. Looks like you have a few nice places to ride at. Good luck getting into the nines this year.

I don't see why not, the only down side is that it may make your bike smell like it's burning oil. I doubt it would be enough to smell though. As a bonus, your exhaust probably wouldn't rust.

Hey Skip, can you use the Nitrous in the 1/8th
I attemped it three times , maybe four. I tried to spray second gear and three of the four times I tried it either spun the tire or snap wheelied resulting in a blown run. the fourth time it stuck and i ran 113 mph in the 1/8 but it came off of a rotten 60 ft time which was 1.87 so the 1/8 et was not my best, I think it was 6.98 if i recall in the eigth but the 1/ 4 was pretty good 10.10 @ 146 somthing. again not my best but not bad. the best run I had i sprayed third fouth and fith an im not sure how much of it was sprayed in the 1/8 but the run was a 9.97 @149

Can you run a hose from the breather on top of the engine to the exhaust pipe just like the cars do.

From ProStar:
Catch cans are mandatory on all motorcycles that do not utilize
a stock crankcase breather routing to the air box. Engines
with breather hose plumbed into a vacuum pump system also
require a catch can for catastrophic failure.

Put a few gallons of 103 gas in her...

Is the motor heavily modded? Compression or timing?
