    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

The views expressed in this forum are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of "The GSResources" or the editors.

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

They work, people who have them say it's good enough. My friend had one, it was wobbly with a Honda ST 1300 on it. OK for lighte bikes. I was going to get one a few years ago, for a litte more I found a used Handi-Lift, the air actuated one. It is ridiculously stout. Had Chris Sorbi's bike on it fully loaded, it popped it up like it was nothing, solid as an oak pool table. (His bike was maybe 1300lbs or so)

Thanks, I'm just so tired of sitting on a gravel driveway to change oil, etc, and since the only thing that's gonna be on it, bike-wise, is one of my 650's, etc, I doubt I'll stress it much, I know I'LL be less stressed! Plus the 8 1/2' length is ideal for my small space.

Might check I think I saw they have a coupon for that making it even cheaper. terrylee

They send me a flyer. Usually the flyer is available in the stores.
I paid $299.99 for mine in Feb 2013. I think it was a half price sale.

Thanks guys, Tkent, brief and to the point as usual, one could say, um, laconic!

Other sources if you can't find a free $299 coupon:
