A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

The views expressed in this forum are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of "The GSResources" or the editors.

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of any trusted ebay sellers of the Dynotune stage 3 jet kits ? I'm looking at getting a kit sent to NZ but dont want to get ripped off!

cheers
Brendan

Yes, why not buy from a reputable shop? Might be a few bucks more than eBay, but you are certain you will get the real deal.

Hello, I saw a quote on a New Zealand website for a stage 3 kit for $550 and looked on ebay which is cheaper and I thought was the next easiest thing...

Did you read the response from Jeff Saunders?

Just in case you did not make the connection with the info in his sig, he is one of the owners (founder?) of Z1 Enterprises.

He just said that he ships internationally, at least ask him how much it would be.

You will have to go quite far to find a better business than Z1.

Yes I emailed him... just thought id explain why i looked on ebay.

Don't bash ebay. Pick sellers carefully. Someone who has 10k+ transactions with a feedback rating of 99.8 is fairly unlikely to suddenly target you specifically with a scam.

And there is another reason, at least valid for Sweden. If I go with big reputable seller I almost inevitably get hit with 30% + customs fees. Especially if I order all I need at one place. Hardly ever happens when I scatter the order all over ebay. So, even though I sometimes get unusable items (I buy used and I do buy Chinese stuff) I still come out way ahead. Except for time spent.

(EDIT: More exactly I get the honor to pay (price + freight) * 1.05 [5% customs om motorcycle parts] * 1.25 [VAT] + $14 fee [they want money to take my money]. Yes, they are taxing us to death here...)
