I don't really like to hijack anyone else's thread, but here goes.
Dang if I can find any pics of the complete setup. It looks awesome with the braided SS lines. I did find a picture of the cooler with the fittings installed, and a picture of the oil filter cover with the fittings installed, viewed from between the frame & header. Also I found a 2-part video of how I put this thing together. I have no idea about pressure drop or any other rocket science stuff like that. But I do know that oil flows through the cooler.
Okay, it's showtime!


FYI...my oil cooler is mounted upside down. So I had to fab my lines to cross each other. That actually helps maintain clearance from the hot header pipes.
After all is said and done, I actually don't recommend this. It is a pain in the arse to change the filter. And since there are other sources for oil pressure, at least on my motor, I will likely switch to a more conventional setup in the near future.
