I am wanting to upgrade my oil cooler, my bike runs hotter than I would like.
My cooler lines currently run from the custom? oil filter cover. This makes it quite hard to change the filter because of the lines attached to the cover. Instead I want to use the oil passages on either side of the filter cover, but instead of the restricting banjo bolt setup, I want to run an adapter like the one in the picture 14mm x1.5 and -8 an to a 90 deg elbow up to the cooler. With ALL the oil going through the cooler but without the restriction of the banjos. Bigger curved cooler as well, probably a 10 or 13 row wide.
Good plan?
