VM22 Carb nightmare

This is my first bike. I bought it cheap. But when I bought it, it didn't run well, but it would go forward, ride around and stuff despite dying every few blocks. I removed the carbs, cleaned them, put them back but found that it was an absolute nightmare to get the stock boots over the carbs. So I just decided to go with pods so I wouldn't have to mess with it. I installed air correction jets, and put the carb back on the bike.

This is where I'm at right now. I have tried adjusting the pilot air screws and stop idle screw every which way and can not seem to get it to run. Any accelerator use kills the bike immediately. Here is a video of the bike hooked up to a carb-tune.

Any ideas on what to do next? Sorry about the bother. trying to get this bike going since my truck breaks down allot. I have it two turns on the pilot screws

Sounds like it's not running on all 4 cylinders. You can check this from a cold start. Very carefully touch the header pipes to see if all are getting hot. Again, from a cold start only. Cold = no fire in that hole.

Did you plug the carb vacuum ports before trying to sync?

Did you rebuild the carbs properly, and replace all the O-rings. Did you replace the O-rings on the carb boots?

What pods are those ?
Any decent pods should flow around the same as an open carb so set the bike up with them removed to rule out any restriction or masking of the air passages.
With those air correctors all the jets and settings should be returned to stock except for an increase of the mains a couple of sizes.
If the carbs are working correctly with no blocked jets or air leaks and the rest of the system , ignition , valve clearances etc has no faults it should run near perfect with little adjustment needed.

Clamps do stretch and the ends deform and thet may be as tight as possible but still not aqueeze enough to seal. Drizzle starting fluid around the joints to see if rpms rise or not.
