A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Let me see.... could it be ...... THE FAIRING??

LOL, remember... one man's trash is another man's treasure. ;)
I really like it, but the again I think this bike is cool too...

The bike is an 81 GS1100E. The rest of the stuff on it is just confusing! Ray.

Ray is right, the 10th digit is a B, (1981).
Thanks

Looks like I am going to part it, needs way too much work. Heres a better look at the fairing.

You have a ZX-14! Cool bike.
How long did it take you to learn how to ride it? Different experience isn't it.
Does the engine run?

Love the 14, it was a more comfortable ride than my Busa. I have been looking hard at the B-King.

Do you mean the GS1100 engine running? No, it has been sitting for years, it cranks and has spark but needs fresh gas and the carbs rebuilt. I may try it before pulling it out.

It is a pretty neat looking fairing with the twin roundies. If I wasn't building a Cooley, I'd consider it. Really depends what style you'd be going for. Just out of curiosity, what would you be looking for for it?

I just emailed someone $100 plus shipping. Shipping may be a little tough.

I'm digging that fairing. If you don't have any takers yet and can find shipping for not to rediculous a price I'd be interested.

That fairing pwns!! Reminds me of Mad Max, lol. If 76FJ55 passes on it lmk. My zip is 54449.

I'm kinda digging the fairing to. Does remind me of Bimota a little. Man is that thing corroded. Looks like it was stored in a shed near pool cleaning supplies. Or just left outside behind the shed.

Is the tank completely shot inside? Might have some interest in it.

It was stored under a stilt house near the beach, Tank was actually good, but sold already.

The shipping on this fairing sucks, I got a 89.00 price from USPS but I put in the wrong size box, when I put in actual size it is too big for them. UPS price is about $125.00 to Tulsa.
