Hey all, Canadian here, East Coast too. I hope to get TO November, not THROUGH it. Although I guess I might be able to get to the middle of it if the snow doesn't come too early. It'll be way too cold by then without a fairing or windshield. Anyways, here's what I'd like to do on my 81 GS400
1. Brake pads front and back.
2. Change fluid, maybe new line, should I go to braided?
3. New Chain.
4. New sprockets, change rear sprocket to get more highway speed, 140km/h just isn't enough.
5. New tires.
6. Body work:
a) Tank - dents and new paint
b) All other parts ainted to same colour as tank
c) front fender, but that should be here soon
7. Change exhaust, that should also be here soon
8. Clean all electrics
9. Four new MATCHING signal lights(stock rear now and 1973 Triumph on front)
10. Change front rim, that's coming with the fender
11. Change brake handle, also with the fender
12. Routine maintenance
13. Anything else that comes up, if I even get that far, winter is long though so I could. Should be on the roads again by my birthday at the end of May. Can't wait.
