A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

Thats interesting.. My cams are the #110 grind and the valve lash spec. is 0.006 and 0.008" Its a lot compared to OEM for these engines, anyone who can explain why?

it appears your numbers are 100% correct. And I feel even dumberer than before.

Hi,
I am almost finished with my GS750-79 engine rebuild, It hasbeen completely renovated and has got some performace modifications as well.

The cylinderblock has been changed to a 850 with Wiseco high compression pistons. The head has got a mild porting and has been milled 0,3mm to a squish of 1,5mm.
New camshafts (webcams grind 110) set to LSA 106,9[SUP]o[/SUP].

So my question is if anyone have any idea how these modifications will effect the carb jetting?
I guess the increased cam overlap will reduce the idle vacuum a bit but at the same time the 100 cc extra cylinder volume will give a higher intake velocity?

The carbs and exhaust system will remain the same (almost completely open) as before modifications, WM26 with 120/15 and 1 step up with needle.

All feedback are welcome, shall I go up or down with jetting as a start point?
