:-k
bandit 12 is the same as gsxr1100 regards the flanges & this b12 exhaust has been on both a gsx1100 & the current gsx750 with no mods, i dont see why a yoshi or any other aftermarket exhaust should be any different

Hey jim
You are right of course, some exhausts will foul the frame cross piece & some will foul the frame on the first bend of #4 pipe but the question was "will a gsxr exhaust fit a gsx head" to which the answer is always YES
tone
as we know "anything can be made" to fit ^o
No mate, in terms of the original question they already fit :evil:
OK U win;
we must have different Gixxers this side of the pond. The header flanges have to me modified for proper "fit"
tone;1107630#3 for the last time the question was do they fit the head & the answer is YES !. :rolleyes:[/QUOTE said:The Answer : NO

A little Giablo R&D!!! Okay friends, this is the deal! The Yoshimura header fits the head. No clearance issues. You MUST alter the flanges! Even the muffler fit, since I have already modified my frame with custom rear-sets. BUT the bend on the down tubes is incorrect. There are actually two bends. Way too much space between the bottom of the engine and the collector. I could have dealt with that, but it looked wrong. So, who wants an almost new Yosh exhaust for their 2nd generation GSXR1100?
