Bike Of The Month Submissions
This section managed by Mark Nemetz

What we are looking for

We all love our GS's, right?

Wouldn't you like to let others know how special your bike is?

Here is your chance to let other TGSR visitors see your prized bike.

What we would like to see is a good quality picture of your bike. The lighting should be good and the background uncluttered in order to highlight your bike. We want to see your bike, not the dumpster in the neighbor's backyard. If there is any doubt, send 2 pictures from different angles.

Other things to remember - do not shoot from an elevated position. While you may have a real neat gas cap, not too many folks want to see it. Instead, drop to knee-level and shoot at the same height as the bike. Photos taken from a slight quartered angle seem to look best. And taking the picture while riding in a scenic place is need to make that happen always a bonus.

We reserve the right to reject submissions if we feel that your picture(s) are of poor quality or if we receive multiple entries for a specific model in too short a timespan.

Image Requirements

  • Supported image file types are .JPG, .GIF and .PNG only.
  • Minimum image height/width is 640 pixels.
  • Maximum image height/width is 2048 pixels.
  • Maximum filesize is 2MB.

Even though you are allowed to submit 2 pictures, only 1 picture will be chosen for Bike Of The Month.

Problems?

The main problem that we see when submitting a bike is caused by the image being too large, Newer phones typically take pictures that are huge and exceed what we can handle. Make sure that the image you are trying to send meets our image requirements listed above.

If you feel that you are doing everything right and it still isn't working then email Mark or Frank and we'll see about getting it taken care off. Make sure to include your Full Name, Email address, the year and model of your bike and 1 or 2 pictures of your bike along with a brief description of it.

Please Note...

Once a year is selected, only valid models that were made during that year are displayed. Please consult the GS Model Chart before attempting to fill out this form in order to determine the full model designation for your GS.

If you find that your year and/or model is not listed, then click here to let Frank know. This is especially true for GSX-R models since this is a newly supported model.
