If I had to guess, I'd say the uptick in traffic is due to spring being here and loads more people researching what the heck is a GS and how do they fix the one they bought off craigslist?

It appears to be an internal setting controlling the number of active threads or sessions. The fact you can connect to the server says it's not a connectivity issue. I don't know if this site is hosted on a dedicated server or sharing space with 20-100 other web sites.
I don't see any patterns - I have receive the message during weekdays and weekends in the early morning, afternoon and evening.Comment
