I wish i still had the original photo and i can't find the thread.
About 6? years ago i bought a legit S fairing from site member Frankenzuki.
Big surprise when i opened the box. After the sale was completed he found mounting brackets and included them for no charge.
He was/is a great asset to this site.

I completely dropped the ball this week. It flew by. I pulled out my tablet late last night and started looking for pics... then woke up an hour late this morning.

          Some good stories.
Some good closeup shots of parts.
No doubt Bob and Trev's pics are of great memories of surprises. And both great stories.

Do like Bob baatfam pic. SOmething at/under tree usally is a surprise.

THe pic that conveys surprise / surprising occurrence to me is Gustovs. But when I read the story, the surprise was not what/when I thought from looking at the pic. Vote for Gustov, for its schock/surprise value.

doah..... I thought I multiquoted each entry. Must be I fumbled something in the edit. Opps, I’ll fix it.

                      Sorry.

man, I bet this is going to come up in my next performance review and effect any pay increase.

Eli gets my vote with the ball bearing in the jet.
Can't come up with anything that would explain that one.
