I never eat Ice-cream in front of my motorcycle while on a ride. Here's my story.
It was a HOT summer day. I was riding my GS1000.
I was somewhere in Tennessee. I stopped for gas at a convenient store that was also a Ice-cream stand. I thought sure a ice cream cone would be nice about now. I sat by the motorcycle enjoying my ice cream.
After fueling up and washing up, I was ready to hit the highway again. As I was pulling out of the gas station the motorcycle died, nothing! I wiggled the key, nothing.
I figured I'd check the fuses. Sure enough a blown main fuse. I changed the fuse and the motorcycle fired right up and didn't give me any problems the rest of the trip.
As I was riding down the road I thought to myself, I'll never do that again... Eat ice cream on a hot day in front of my motorcycle! I think it was mad at me for not getting it a ice cream cone too!My Motorcycles:
