Take the old one out with a couple of wood screws and yank it out.
Put the new one in the freezer overnight and grease the outside rim.
Using the bolt that goes in the end of the crank (or a shorter one) stacked with enough large washers to press in the seal.
Make sure it is going in straight or you will cut the casing of the seal.

Don't go too deep and hit the bearing.

Make sure you don't install the seal backwards. There's a teensy directional arrow on the new seal; make sure it's correct.

If you go with the wood screw route and/or drill pilot holes to remove the seal, be aware there's a large roller bearing pretty close behind the seal. It wouldn't be a very good idea to get shavings or a drill bit in the bearing. Vacuum out any debris.
