    Sorry for the very late reply fellas, been busy with work and Uni. I will give the paint stripper a go and then pressure wash it off. Hopefully that does the trick!

        This is the best i can get so far. Thats using paint stripper and a razor blade, you would be surprised how much you can get off with a razor blade! My wire wheels are to thick to get between the fins.


        My last bit it, how the hell do i get the paint out of here!

          Hey Josh, keen to find out exactly what you used and the process.

          Was it, Paint Stripper, then wash off with a gerni / pressure washer? And then attack with wire brushes / steel wool, then degrease and gerni again?

              Get a finer wire wheel. Those gouges indicate you are using a wheel that's too coarse.

              BTW, even though I've never done it before, I'd go for the soda blasting.
