I used a long bar to put mine in place. I used a light coating of grease on the intake boots, put the carbs in place, and used the backbone as a pry point on the left side.
Popped the left side on, then used the bar against the clutch cable boss, and popped the right side on. Less than 2 minutes. Make sure the carbs are at the right angle to the head, and they will pop right on. It was 60 degrees in my shop, and I had no problems.Comment
