Man, you need a bigger windshield, you could probably have trucks on the freeway draft off that thing!

Good work with the swap. People do stupid things, but... 3 steels instead of a fiber? Wow.

I've been watching the classifieds around here for a steal on another GS1100... not like I need another bike right now, but hey... it's an addiction, right?

The 1230 kit is becoming reality. Taking the bottom end of the blown motor to Kris V's house on Monday or Tuesday to yank the crank and a stock 1150 crank is waiting on a new home. I already have an 1150 cylinder, a MTC 1230 piston set and Kris has an 1150 clutch hub.
I'll get the cylinder cut and the head looked at and I hope to be running around spring.
    Yeah Baby!!!!

Jim, after reading the info, I'm sure that my issue is not related but thats a very good article and something we all need again and again. The GSX is a Katana and does have the same alternator and engine as the GSXR.

    Thanks again for the info.
