Lectrons are great for drag bikes or street race bikes but not good for street riding. They idle at 1500 rpm or higher as they have no idle circuits. I ride my small tire bike up to the line & back to the pits after every run without issue though. If I do a REALLY hot street race type 1570 motor but want to actually ride it on the street, I would use 4 big Keihin flat slide dirt bike carbs, just to have the idle circuits.Originally posted by londonboards View PostRay - are Lectrons any use for the road?
