Sorry?Looking at my post I know it was not clear what I meant.I was just making sure I was clear.I really like the idea of a red skunk so in my mind she is now the Red Skunk.

It was just a polite 'sorry.' I didn't really mean it.*

Side to side without a trace of notches.Tried the threaded rod technique to get the the neck races in.They insisted on cocking ,so I applied the brute force and ignorance technique. In my case a 3lbs club hammer and a piece of 3/4 plywood.

Now I can get the rest together.Going to a buddies tomorrow and if he can get insurance we will go riding.May do stuff after but Sunday is more likely.
Seen my paint colour today. Most metallic reds are a more maroon colour that I'm not that fond of.Toyota has one I really like.A real red with metal flakes in it

This is it,with a pearl white "skunk stripe" I think this will really stand out!

That red used to be a Lexus only color. I painted my '65 Skylark the same color.
                    Garnet Pearl Metallic.

                    It is beautiful!

I've probaly seen the colour a thousand times.Today was the first time I looked at it.Was in the rattle cans at Canadian Tire but when I seen metalic my reaction was "no mettalic red thank you." Then today I noticed a Toyota in it and went "nice colour".

They used it on Tacoma pick up trucks too.

                              Seems I have a problem.

Looks like I have to bend them into the right place

You have done some fantastic work there.
